Terms of Use

FingShip’s Mac App Store edition is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These additional terms explain the FingShip Pro subscription and local-data behavior.

Free and Pro

Free provides the complete local product for up to three active projects, including capture, evidence review and correction, post creation, ordinary export, an optional authenticated local MCP connection, and copyable or exportable agent-usable context. Pro adds unlimited active projects and recurring Briefings with saved settings, last-delivered baselines, evidence since the prior delivery, repeatable portable packages, and Briefing history.

Subscription

FingShip Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact localized price and duration are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in App Store account settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Cancellation and local data

Cancellation does not delete local projects, generated artifacts, Briefing definitions, baselines, or readable Briefing history. When paid access ends, creating or delivering new recurring Briefings and other paid automation stops. If more than three projects are active, FingShip asks you to choose three to keep active and pauses the rest without deleting their history.

Local-only operation

FingShip does not promise sync, backup, recipient accounts, team collaboration, hosted portals, or cloud storage. Briefing data and baselines do not sync between Macs. You are responsible for your Mac and any exported files. Private TestFlight access is free and is not sold as part of a subscription.
